STATUTES OF CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS
Article 82 - It is forbidden to accept a boy, girl or adolescent in a hotel, motel, pension, or like establishments, unless authorized or accompanied by their parents or guardians.
If the child is accompanied by their parents or guardians, must present to the hotel reception, a document attesting to this relationship. If a minor (under 18) is accompanied by someone unrelated or any other level of relationship, such as uncles, cousins or grandparents, must present a permit issued by the child's parents, notarized.
In Brazil, are considered minors, people under 18 years of age.
